|
|
Hi
Just found out this morning that there is a new form to be submitted along with your work visa. Its a supplentary evidence form NZIS 1113 and needs to be completed by the employer.
Thought I would mention it in case anyone else, like me, is just about to submit a work visa application. It appears that not all employers know about it as it only came in 28th June.

I have just submitted my work visa application and did not need this form.
Employers can apply to the NZIS to be a Talent Visa Accredited Employee. This allows the company to recruit personnel from offshore. The accreditation is renewed on a yearly basis. The company who offered me the job gave me a copy of the letter from NZIS which I had to submit with my application.
I am not sure if there is a list of accredited employers on the NZIS web site. It does make the process somewhat easier.

Yup, there is a list of accredited employers. I don't remember where I downloaded this from. You may PM me if you want a copy (in .PDF, about 5 pages)
