Just saw this on msn.nz - "Permanent and long-term arrivals exceeded departures by 1,600 compared with a gain of 3,400 in December 2002, the tenth consecutive month that there has been a decline. For the year ended December there was a net migration gain of 34,900, down nine percent on the number of permanent and long term arrivals in same period a year earlier. " Maybe this is good news for us?? |

Yes, i expect that after initial flurry the "pass mark" will settle, perhaps down to 115 or so by June.
