Police certificate / Enhanced Disclosure ?????

I wonder if anyone can help
I do some voluntary work in schools for an NVQ organisation just really helping pupils with the last year assignment projects in engineering etc

Before I could start this work I had to be checked out by the police to make sure I had no criminal record and that I was safe to work with children. I was given an Enhanced Disclosure certificate that says I have no police records etc. after all the checks were done.

My wife and I went to our local Police station this week with our Police certificate application forms and I took along this enhanced disclosure form and had a chat to the policeman. He said that the form I had was a lot more thorough check than the basic Police certificate and a lot more expensive to have done. He basically said that he thought it would suffice.
Does anybody know if he is right ?? I don't want them to turn round and say that forms no good and then have to wait months for a further check to be done. Don't know if anyone in the teaching profession etc might know ??? My latest enhanced disclosure form is only 3 months old

I have 7 enhanced disclosure forms, have 3 jobs, teacher, nurse and air cabin crew,all require disclosure and even though I have one for one job it can't be used for another. Within a month I had to apply for one for my nursing job and another for my flying job.

I still applied for my usual police check though as the others are job specific and I thought it best for the sake of £10 to make sure I had the exact one required by immigration.

I am thinking of using them a wall paper when I get to NZ as they will look bettter than the horror interiors you see on real estate web sites !
