Can anyone who has been through the process, or with the knowledge anyway tell us what proof the NZIS require of relevant work experience? What happens, for instance, when you can't find a previous employer from which to get a reference? Or, is the proof required of a higher order, like tax records, etc?
Still so glad I found you all, thanks in advance... |

I got letters from previous employers listing dates of employement, positions held, etc.
If you can't get these, I imagine P60's might do the job because they give companies' names and dates....

| I like the sound of the letters, if P60's are called for I'm off to Canada! Did they really grill you over the work experience Graham or did the letters suffice? Thanks, Rob |

Hi Rob,
We submitted P60's back to the year dot but you could also use any pension records you have or annual reviews etc/ correspondance from your various employers!
