Dear all
I would like to migrate to Newzealand using skilled category. If I come over there shall I get job offer immediate? In case if I unable to get job
shall I do any other job other then my actual skill, Is government allowing me to do any job, is there any restriction there?
One more question, for stay 6 months over there how much will I need for survive?( I have experience in VB, Java and Oracle)

Most of the info you need can be found on the NZIS site. The good news is that I.T. professionals are in demand. The downside is you almost have to have a standing job offer before you will qualify under the new Skillked Migrant category, a Catch 22 of sorts but it can be done. There are other categories you might want to check out as well.
