Isn't the strike next friday ?? 27th aug, don't worry it will settle, no way BA can afford such bad publicity again. Thats my theory for whats it worth.

The last few days were hell for us too there are certain people you just can't bring yourself to say goodbye to till the last minute crybaby and then there are others you can't wait to see the back of.

If your anything like me, everything is organised, but you still want to do something cause the waiting is a killer.

Good Luck Hunny and we will see you here soon.

That is soooooo true!! Laughing We have said we do not want any "leaving parties" - might go out for dinner with parents and in-laws (seperately, they don't talk!!) but no boo-hoo'ing allowed and definitely don't want anyone at the airport! Eww I sound so "hard" !

Karl - G&T sounds good (hope the gin is decent over there as I hear the choc isn't!) - and I can justify the G&T as the quinine does wonders at keeping biting bugs at bay Wink even though I've just made a big order for Avon's Skin-so-Soft Forest Dry Oil..... Laughing

Off to sort stuff out in storage today.... hopefully can Ebay off another mountain of junk!!

The chocolate is not bad in NZ - as a kiwi, you might think I am biased. However, my good ol' Dad sends me a shipment every so often and the moment I put it out for my colleagues at work (in a London office), it is gone within seconds and they are begging for the next lot!

For me, I don't like English Cadbury's as it is not as creamy as the stuff from NZ - but it is all down to personal preference!

And I should think you'll be able to get Gordon's Gin over there too, if that's what takes your fancy!

That Skin- so- Soft is marvelous at keeping bugs away, we all use the stuff at work. Along with Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream its a must for NZ.

I would have a car boot to shift all our junk but have sold the car so no boot to sell from.

Like you I'm not having a leaving do with 3 jobs to leave it would be too much for my liver Clink

This is all starting to feel very final, Richard is excited I'm B****y terrified and I know what we are going to ! So today I feel NERVOUS ahhhh
