As other have said you should definately submit an EOI with 105 points.
I am a lawyer (a nice one) and I was wondering whether you had signed anything with the Visa agency, like their terms and conditions and what if anything it says.
If you would like to you could email me and I can have a look at your side it for you.
I'm a company/commercial solicitor and know my way around a contract.
